We ship internationally and our shipping rates are calculated by the total weight of your basket.

Please note that for less accessible areas of the UK, such as the Scottish Highlands, there may be additional postage charges due.

In-stock shoes and accessories will arrive within 1-2 days.  This time does not include manufacture time for ‘Made to Order’ or ‘Bespoke’ goods.  Estimated manufacture / delivery times for all items are noted individually on each product page.

Generally a pair of Ladies/Girls shoes weigh around 0.6Kg, whilst a Mens/Boys pair are 0.9Kg.  All of our Accessories are in the 0.0 – 0.59Kg range.

International tracked shipping, estimated transit time is 2 – 7 working days, this does not include manufacture times for ‘Made to Order’ or ‘Bespoke’ goods.  Estimated manufacture times for all items are noted individually on each product page.

Please note:  We regret to inform you that due to issues with sending packages to Europe and the USA we have taken the difficult decision to suspend orders to these territories.

Please note that we do not currently accept returns unless there is a fault in manufacture, so please be sure of your size before ordering.  This is something we are hoping to be able to offer in the near future.
